Hola and Aloha! I’m Magdy!

I’m a cinematic storytelling photographer and artist with a deep love for capturing moments that feel like magic. Originally from Puerto Rico, I grew up surrounded by art, color, and culture, all of which shaped my creative soul from a young age. That rich artistic foundation still pulses through everything I create, from intimate portraits to visual narratives that reflect the beauty, emotion, and depth of human connection.

My work is deeply inspired by the textures and traditions of my island roots, and I’m always chasing that feeling, the one that happens when a still image makes your heart skip. Whether I'm behind the lens or getting messy with another medium, I find endless joy in making art and sharing it with others.

Outside of photography, I wear a few other hats, most importantly, I'm a proud mom. My child is my biggest muse: funny, curious, wild-hearted, and always reminding me to stay playful and present. They keep my creativity alive in the most unexpected ways.

When I’m not working or spending time with my family, you can probably find me soaking in the beauty of nature, getting lost in a book I can’t put down, rewatching nostalgic old shows and movies (anything from witchy classics to comfort comedies), or diving into a new artistic obsession just for fun. I love creating cozy rituals out of the everyday and finding wonder in the small things.

I’m also fluent in Spanish, which helps me connect more deeply with the diverse people I work with, something I’m endlessly grateful for. Whether you’re here to explore my work or collaborate on something meaningful, I’m so glad you’re here.
